What do I do if I have an accident?
Call Tameside Accident with the details, we can advise on the best course of action. For instance, if the accident was not your fault we can save your excess and protect your insurance premium by claiming directly from the at fault insurance.

Do I have to use the repairer my insurance company nominates?
No. If you are claiming on your insurance policy it is entirely up to you who you chose to repair your car.

Do I have the right to choose an approved repair centre
You have the right to choose your own repair centre and do not have to be directed to an insurance approved repair centre. We provide a 5 year guarantee on repairs and will provide you with a replacement vehicle whilst repairs take place.
